Melissa has catered for private dinner parties with Asian banquets and more interactive home lessons for groups. Dishes can be prepared as an interactive lesson, before sitting down to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

During her time at XU Teahouse and restaurant, Melissa honed her passion for cooking in a fast paced central London kitchen. Her knowledge and determination has enabled her to progress professionally, resulting in menu planning, costings, private dining and running her own pop up restaurant. A highly organised and professional chef with a passion for cooking……… and eating!
